For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. – Romans 1:16
The front line work of abolitionism takes place on the sidewalks of abortion mills. This is where fulfilling the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20), fulfilling the 2nd greatest commandment to love our neighbors as ourselves (Mark 12:31), and exposing the works of darkness (Ephesians 5:11) all converge in the saving of souls and the saving of pre-born children.
Any “pro-life” ministry absent of the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ is no pro-life ministry at all. It is the vanity of secular humanism to engage in charitable, life-saving work apart from the Lord Jesus Christ. The sidewalk ministries on this page understand any pro-life work must be driven by the Gospel and compelled by the love of Jesus Christ, for these are the only means by which we can offer true hope and assistance to those considering abortion. Ultimately, abortion is a sin, and it is therefore a matter of the heart when people pursue abortion to cover up or change their life decisions and circumstances. The Gospel is the only answer to their sin issue, and we must be faithful to proclaim it at these gates of hell.
The first section provides resources for you to be equipped for Gospel-centered abortion mill ministry, followed by a list of Gospel-centered ministries in North Carolina. We encourage you to start your own abortion mill ministry, preferably through your church, if you do not see one listed.
Please contact us with any questions or if you would like to add your ministry or church to our network.
If you do not have an abortion mill near you, you could alternatively print one of these abolitionist posters and engage the culture on a sidewalk in your community. For a national list of sidewalk counselors, check out the Sidewalks 4 Life network.
